§ 33-9. Definitions.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

Those persons who are now or shall be duly elected or appointed officials, full-time employees, part-time employees or members of the governing body or such commissions, boards or other units operating by and under the jurisdiction of such governing bodies. Except as provided above, such persons working on retainer or under contractual agreements shall not be included.
